What are the effects of Temperature on a STALC Submersible Load Cell?

The readings of STALC type load cells will, like other Wheatstone Bridge based load cells, be affected by temperature changes.

Although their design is able to compensate for most of the effects of temperature change there is always a small change to the transducer output.

For STALC type load this change is 0.02%FSºC

For example, for a temperature drop from 20ºC to 15ºC on a 10kN load cell, the expected variation is 0.0002 x 10 000 N x 5 ºC = 10 N
